Refund policy

This is a courtesy translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Johann Heinrich Dittmann, Taply, Münzstraße 33, 19055 Schwerin, Germany, email: info@gettaply.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (e.g. PDF download), the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract after you

  1. have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period,
  2. have confirmed your knowledge that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
  3. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract pursuant to § 312f BGB on a durable medium (e.g. by email).
